Design considerations

  • Modular sections coordinated with plant-room layout, transport and installation
  • Coated steel or stainless steel panels selected for corrosion and cleaning requirements
  • Access doors, inspection windows and serviceable components support routine maintenance
  • Casing insulation, thermal bridges, air leakage and structural strength assessed for the design conditions

Application areas

  • Industrial facilities and precision manufacturing
  • Commercial and public buildings
  • Electronics production and process support
  • Automotive paint shops and production areas

Configuration options

  • Multi-stage air filtration
  • Water-coil or direct-expansion cooling
  • Heating and humidification sections
  • EC or suitable direct-drive fans
  • Rotary, plate or run-around heat recovery
  • Section layouts and interfaces matched to access space

FUNCTIONS & SYSTEM DESIGN

From outdoor air to the required supply condition.

A modular AHU brings multiple treatment functions into one casing. Section order and quantity depend on airflow, air conditions, plant-room space and service access.

  1. 01

    Mix and manage air

Set dampers and mixing space around outdoor-air ratio and exhaust requirements.

  2. 02

    Filter in stages

Balance downstream coil protection, cleanliness targets and pressure losses.

  3. 03

    Condition the air

Calculate cooling, dehumidification, heating and humidification against inlet and outlet states.

  4. 04

    Deliver and control

Match airflow, external static pressure and regulation with sensors and building interfaces.

Design air conditions

Define summer and winter temperatures, relative humidity or moisture content, and load variation.

Installation and servicing

Provide plant-room dimensions, delivery access, connection directions, coil withdrawal space and drainage.

Operating information

Agree fan duty points, filter pressure monitoring, condensate management and maintenance procedures.

FUNCTION / 01

Staged particle control

Prefilters help protect internal components. Subsequent filters are chosen for the supply-air requirement. Filter sealing, pressure drop and replacement access are considered together.

Maintenance focus: inspect seals and track filter pressure changes.
