- Near-saturated air containing sulfur, nitrogen, acid gases, low-concentration organics and oily components.
- Existing issues
- Single-stage washing may not cover acidic, alkaline and poorly absorbed organic odors. Humidity and droplets also affect downstream catalytic units.
- Engineering challenges
- Compounds may react with each other and loads vary with incoming water and sludge treatment. Staged control and protection of the catalyst bed are needed.
- Treatment route
- JETA acid wash → JETA alkaline wash → RAO ozone catalytic oxidation → Final JETA alkaline wash → Fan → Stack
- Engineering notes
- Control each circulation loop separately, provide mist removal and humidity control before RAO, and allow residual ozone monitoring at the outlet.
