Applicable conditions
- Distributed kilns, workstations or individual lines
- Absorbable or reactive odor compounds
- Exhaust containing oil mist, droplets or some particles
- Batch production with line-by-line operation
Source treatment equipment
In-situ foam absorption — Combines two foam-enhanced mass-transfer modules, liquid circulation and a fan for absorbable or reactive compounds near kilns and workstations.

Liquid chemistry, construction materials, stage count and mist removal must match corrosiveness, temperature and composition. Poorly soluble, non-reactive VOCs require validation and potentially further treatment.
Use with local capture, short ducts and existing clean-exhaust headers, or as a front-end unit to reduce the airflow and load of a centralized system.
PROCESS & OPERATION
JETA1000-2 combines foam-enhanced mass transfer, two absorption modules, liquid circulation and a fan. Materials and liquids are selected for absorbable or reactive kiln and workstation exhaust.
Explore testing & validation ↗
Review the compounds and liquid chemistry, with trials where needed.
Define each module’s role, circulation loop and mist removal.
Coordinate short ducts, the fan, servicing and drainage.
Set controls around kiln operation and shutdown purge requirements.
Confirm liquids, wetted materials and seals for the temperature and corrosiveness.
Plan make-up, dosing, blowdown and circulation-system cleaning.
Validate further treatment or backup stages for compounds that are difficult to absorb.
